Work Type : WFO Hybrid ****** Looking for SHORT JOINERS ****** Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented AWS Cloud Financial & Licensing Operations Specialist to manage AWS licensing, contracts, funding programs (e.g. MAP), invoicing, and cost optimization strategies. This role is ideal for someone who understands the commercial and operational side of AWS and can work closely with finance, procurement, and engineering teams to maximize the value of our cloud investments. Technical Skills: AWS Licensing & Contract Management Track AWS license entitlements and compliance Coordinate AWS enterprise agreements, renewals, and amendments Liaise with AWS account representatives to manage licensing inquiries AWS MAP Program & Funding Prepare and submit AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) funding requests Ensure program requirements and milestones are met to maximize funding Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of program progress Invoicing & Cost Management Review AWS invoices and work with finance/procurement for approvals Allocate cloud costs across departments using tags or cost allocation reports Identify underutilized or idle AWS resources and recommend cost optimization measures Budgeting & Forecasting Develop AWS usage forecasts and track against budget Report on cost trends and recommend savings opportunities (e.g. Reserved Instances, Savings Plans) Compliance & Governance Maintain licensing compliance and adherence to AWS policies Ensure all financial transactions and funding requests follow internal governance and controls Familiarity with AWS tools like Cost Explorer, AWS Budgets, and AWS Billing & Cost Management Console Understanding of AWS contracts, licensing options, and enterprise agreements Experience with AWS MAP funding programs is highly desired Strong financial acumen and ability to work with procurement and finance teams Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Certifications Needed: AWS Cloud Practitioner or Cloud Financial Management certification EXP with cloud cost optimization tools like CloudHealth, CloudCheckr, or AWS-native solutions Familiarity with general procurement or IT asset management processes ****** Looking for SHORT JOINERS ****** If interested, Kindly CALL 9840035825 or click APPLY online for IMMEDIATE response.
