We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) reporting analyst with expertise in AWS QuickSight to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance while leveraging AWS services to optimize reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Report Development : Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using AWS Insights and other BI tools. Data Analysis : Analyze complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and trends that support business objectives. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, QA, business stakeholders, and product, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes. Documentation : Maintain clear documentation of data sources, reporting processes, and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize report performance, ensuring timely delivery of insights. ETL Processes : Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data is accurately collected, transformed, and loaded into reporting environments. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and AWS services, recommending enhancements to existing processes and tools. Qualifications Education :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Experience : 3+years of experience in BI engineering or data analysis. Proficiency in AWS services, particularly AWS Insights, Redshift, and QuickSight. Technical Skills : Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience with programming languages such as NodeJS, Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
