Would be part of the Support team, responsible for maintaining and configuring various Network and Network related devices and applications including Switches, UTM, Antivirus, AWS firewall, etc. Will ensure for Internet connectivity and will follow up with vendor for hardware, speed and connectivity issues. Will work as per the guidance by seniors for configuring and maintaining devices and applications including mail, Office365 Apps (Mail, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.) and Ms Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc). Provide support to HO and Branch users for hardware related issues and software application. Will be required to interact with HO and Branch users to identify/diagnose the issue. Will be required to interact with engineers / vendors for resolution of issue, getting support, quotations, etc. Will be required to interact with GST Team and Location users for GST related tasks. Will be required to assist in Tender filing process and may require to interact with Tender Department Support Team and assure require settings, drivers and applications for tender filing process are in available as per requirement. Will be responsible for maintaining various backups required for compliance or otherwise like Mail Archive, Location Data Backup, etc. and maintaining servers. Will require to have good oral and written communication skills and should be soft spoken.
