Description
Role & responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management: • Design, implement, and manage cloud networking components, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, and network firewalls. • Configure and manage IAM roles, permission policies, and instance profiles to ensure secure access management. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): • Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform Cloud, leveraging advanced Terraform features such as modules, for_each, moved, and import statements. • Automate provisioning and scaling of resources to ensure operational efficiency. Monitoring and Observability: • Implement and maintain observability solutions using Datadog, including the creation of custom monitors and dashboards to ensure system health and performance. Storage and Load Balancing: • Manage S3 buckets, including storage policies, permissions, and optimizations. • Configure and maintain application and network load balancers for high availability and fault tolerance. Audit and Compliance: • Ensure continuous compliance by managing CloudTrail logs for resource tracking and monitoring. Required Skills and Expertise: Proficient in: • IAM roles, permission policies, and instance profiles. • Cloud networking: VPC, subnets, route tables, and network firewalls. • Terraform Cloud, including advanced features like modules, for_each, moved, and import. Knowledgeable in: • Datadog for observability and monitor creation. • S3 storage solutions and configurations. • Application and network load balancers. • CloudTrail for auditing and logging.
