Must-Have:

1. 3+ years of professional experience working with AWS technologies, including S3, Lambda, databases, and SQL.
2. Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and a willingness to further enhance coding skills.
3. Understanding of databases and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
4. Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
5. Experience in designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes on the AWS platform.
6. Strong team player with the ability to work well in a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
9. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
10. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks.
11. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
12. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Customer Centric

1. Work closely with client teams to understand project requirements and translate into technical design
2. Experience working in scrum or with scrum teams

Internal Collaboration

1. Work with project teams and guide the end-to-end project lifecycle, resolve technical queries
2. Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, Design and Build teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data needs.

Soft Skills

1. Good communication skills
2. Ability to interact with various internal groups and CoEs
