This role combines deep technical knowledge in cloud computing with strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that cloud services are optimized for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency. The AVP will drive AWS cloud initiatives to meet business objectives while ensuring that AWS solutions align with the company's overall technology strategy. Key Responsibilities :- Cloud Strategy & Architecture: Cloud Automation & Engineering: Security & Compliance: Cloud Cost Optimization: Data & Analytics: Disaster Recovery & High Availability: Leadership & Team Development: Cloud Strategy & Business Alignment: Project Management & Delivery: Risk Management & Governance: Financial & Vendor Management: Operational Excellence & Cloud Innovation: Managerial & Leadership Skills: • Proven experience in leading cloud teams and projects, with strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide technical teams. • Ability to translate business needs into technical strategies and implement them through effective leadership. • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies. • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency and innovation.
