As a Senior Engineer specializing in StatPro, your main responsibility will be to lead automation and performance testing initiatives within the engineering team. Your focus will be on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of financial analytics platforms critical for decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing automated test frameworks for StatPro-integrated applications, executing performance testing strategies to validate stability, throughput, and latency benchmarks, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in collaboration with development, DevOps, and QA teams, developing scripts using C# or JavaScript for test automation and data validation, validating end-to-end portfolio analytics workflows, supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines with automated test coverage, and documenting test cases, performance benchmarks, and issue resolution strategies. The required skills and experience for this role include 3-6 years of experience in test automation and performance engineering, hands-on experience with StatPro or similar portfolio analytics platforms, proficiency in C# or JavaScript with knowledge of RESTful API automation, a solid understanding of performance engineering concepts (e.g., load testing, stress testing, soak testing), familiarity with financial instruments, risk analytics, or portfolio management concepts, experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, or equivalent performance test tools, AWS Appstream knowledge, strong communication and documentation skills, and experience working in agile environments.
