As a Windows and AWS Administrator, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure required for all service offerings being developed to assist clients on their Managed Service Delivery. You will work with clients to gather requirements, manage the day-to-day business of operations, and work with various stakeholders and internal and external delivery partners. Your responsibilities will include supporting services that focus on Operating System - Windows, extensive experience with Installation, Configuration, Patching, Backup-Recovery on Windows & VMware infrastructure, experience in maintaining, upgrading, and migrating VMware vCenter ESXi HA, DRS, vDS, vROps, and VIO, experience working in AWS cloud, building and configuring Windows Clustering services, involving discussions with clients for Operating System requirements, performance, and integration issues, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, migration, day-to-day production support and maintenance of server infrastructure, designing and building function-centric solutions, identifying trends, assessing opportunities to improve processes, raising and tracking issues, staying up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology, and coordinating with management to ensure operational, administrative, and compliance functions are carried out accordingly. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred, a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on Windows operating systems & VMware, strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM, current understanding of industry trends and methodologies, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.,
