We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will be the voice of PaveIT to our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to reliability and excellence. ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide timely and accurate responses to questions about orders, product specifications, and services. Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with technical teams for advanced support. Manage customer tickets and ensure follow-ups until resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics) to provide seamless customer experiences. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until resolution. Collect feedback from customers and share insights to help improve PaveIT’s products and services. RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience. 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a client-facing role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk software is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
