As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for ensuring legal compliances are met and submitted to the Pollution Control Board (PCB) in a timely manner. You will also be required to oversee monitoring by third parties and submit reports to the PCB. It will be your duty to handle tasks such as obtaining Environment Clearance (EC), conducting Environment Impact Assessments (EIA), and developing Environment Management Plans (EMP) for any new projects. In addition, you will play a key role in managing local environmental issues and complaints, ensuring that all activities align with PCB norms for green field development. You will be expected to prepare and deliver presentations to PCB personnel for new projects and conduct internal and third-party audits for environmental and Integrated Management System (IMS) compliance. Moreover, you will be involved in activities such as applying for environment-related awards, creating presentations, and receiving awards on behalf of the company to enhance its reputation. Another crucial aspect of this role will be providing training to both workmen and officers on environmental and safety-related matters, thus contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.,
