As a candidate for the Safety and Security position, you should have a minimum of 18 years of experience along with AVSEC Certification. It is mandatory to have undergone trainings such as Basic AVSEC, AVSEC Instructors, Auditors, Crisis Management & DG Instructor. Your knowledge of ICAO and ICAO Security should be extremely good. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of at least 18 to 20 years in managing a large team of security personnel. Familiarity with BCAS rules and guidance is essential, along with being knowledgeable in Safety or accredited Safety Practitioner and Security. Practical experience in the Aviation Industry, specifically Cargo Handling practices, is required. You should also possess hands-on experience in meeting Aviation Security regulatory requirements. In this role as GM - Head Safety and Security in the Airports industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security standards are met within the infrastructure. This is a full-time, permanent position falling under the leadership category of Hospitality and Airports.
