AVP- Private Equity

As an Associate/Senior Associate at CapitalSquare's Private Equity Desk, your role involves the end-to-end execution of deals. You are expected to possess strong analytical and verbal skills, along with the ability to work efficiently within specified timelines. Your focus, self-motivation, and previous relevant experience will be crucial for success in this position. Experience in origination would be beneficial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and reach out to potential targets for Private Equity transactions - Conduct financial and strategic analysis of target companies - Prepare financial models, pitch books, presentations, and other transaction-related documents - Assist in the due diligence process and provide general support to the senior investment team - Manage relationships with Private Equity and Venture Capital funds - Conduct industry and sector research to identify potential opportunities - Oversee the end-to-end execution of transactions - Supervise a team of 5 individuals **Qualifications:** - CA or MBA qualification is highly desirable **Experience:** - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required **Skills Required:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and audit complex financial models - Ability to comprehend complex issues and communicate arguments concisely - Strong numeracy skills and working knowledge of accounting principles - In-depth understanding of valuation techniques and their application - High commercial awareness - Effective task prioritization and ability to meet tight deadlines - Team player who performs well under pressure - Excellent interpersonal skills - Capacity to cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships - Strong desire for continuous learning and growth Join CapitalSquare's dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Private Equity Desk with your exceptional skills and experience.,
