Job Description: As an Assistant Vice President Information Lifecycle Management at HSBC, your role will be vital in supporting the ILM Operations Team and meeting with regional stakeholders to understand their operational requirements. You will be responsible for providing Data Storage control support to business stakeholders and developing Standard Operational Procedures for all operational activities. Additionally, you will support the Head of ILM in providing SME knowledge on MI related to Data Retention policies, procedures, and regulations to Global Businesses & Functions. Key Responsibilities: - Support ILM Risk Senior Manager in providing Data Storage control Support to Business stakeholders - Develop Standard Operational Procedures for all the operational activities - Provide support for queries received through Jira service catalogue or mailboxes - Responsible for the management of the ILM Operations Analyst in India including performance management and development of team members - Represent Data Storage control team in Country and Regional governance forums Qualifications Required: - Flexibility and adaptability to handle constantly changing priorities and tasks - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels - Hands-on experience in developing data-driven reports and using tools like Microsoft Excel, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence - Experience in records and holds management In this role, you will need to operate, influence, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both internally and externally, and think and act independently within tight timeframes. Your ability to handle a high volume of confidential information with discretion and efficiency will be crucial. Your experience in records and holds management will be an asset in this position.,
