AVP Credit Card Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Analyst

Role Overview: Citi AIM, established in 2003, is a global community located in multiple cities in India including Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai. As part of the Analytics and Information Management team within the North America Consumer bank, you will be responsible for providing reporting and business insights support to monitor and assess the impact of various business strategies, campaigns, and portfolio actions. You will work with cutting-edge data, analytical modeling tools, and platforms to provide actionable intelligence for business leaders, optimize marketing spends, and streamline existing processes. Your role will involve working with large and complex data sets, leveraging programming tools for analysis, understanding credit card financials, analyzing portfolio performance, and developing strategies for credit card rewards optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets using relevant programming tools such as SQL, SAS, and SAS Macro - Analyze credit card business financials including P&L items, interest rates, fees, interchange, penalty, rewards points, and APR pricing - Assess campaign impacts, size opportunity impacts, and review and streamline existing processes - Deploy business intelligence tools and develop detailed dashboards for business leaders to review portfolio health - Collaborate with business partners to understand strategic priorities, propose solutions, and track project validation process - Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources, tools, and capabilities - Communicate complex information effectively and diplomatically Qualifications Required: - Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or other quantitative field with 8-13 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in working with data and programming tools, understanding of credit card financials, and experience in analyzing credit card portfolios - Strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently on projects, attention to detail, and risk awareness - Experience in working with credit cards and retail banking products is a plus (Note: Omitting any additional details of the company as they were not provided in the job description),
