As a Technical Team Lead at Synchrony, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing technical team, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering innovation in Information Technology. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with at least 4 years of IT experience; or 6 years of IT experience without a degree. - Minimum 2 years of experience in leading technical teams or mentoring engineers. - Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Web Services, and Spring Framework with over 5 years of hands-on experience. - Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS, PCF, Azure for at least 3 years. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and monitoring tools like Splunk for over 2 years. - Strong grasp of agile software development practices and SDLC processes with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Excellent communication skills to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Flexibility to accommodate emergencies and collaborate with global teams as required.
