You are a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design using Figma. Your passion lies in designing elegant, user-centric interfaces and you excel in collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life through wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems that prioritize intuitiveness, cleanliness, and user-friendliness. Your responsibilities will include designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design specs. You will work closely with product and development teams to ensure seamless implementation, maintain design consistency, and uphold UI/UX best practices. Your ability to translate business and user requirements into engaging design solutions will be crucial, along with contributing to a scalable design system and conducting user research and usability testing as needed. Your must-have skills encompass proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, Prototyping, and Design Systems, as well as a strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and usability. You should be capable of producing pixel-perfect mockups and responsive designs, while also possessing good communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator would be beneficial. It would be advantageous if you have experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Avocode, familiarity with Webflow, understanding of HTML/CSS, knowledge of user research and A/B testing, and prior experience in SaaS, B2B, or tech product design.
