This role blends scientific depth with strong execution — supporting the organisation in launching and promoting products with medical accuracy, training effectiveness, and KOL endorsement. 🎯 Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1️⃣ Scientific Marketing & Product Communication • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop scientifically sound positioning • Write and validate promotional content, brochures, packaging copy, and field aids • Ensure messaging accuracy and regulatory compliance 2️⃣ Training & Field Enablement • Develop scientific training content: manuals, decks, objection-handling tools • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for field teams and franchise partners • Act as subject-matter expert for all product-related education initiatives 3️⃣ KOL & Institutional Engagement • Identify and engage senior Ayurvedic and modern medicine practitioners • Drive CME events, scientific meetings, and product presentations • Accompany field teams to support difficult doctor conversions 4️⃣ Medical Governance & Customer Support • Ensure scientific integrity across all communications • Handle escalated clinical or technical product queries from doctors and franchisees • Maintain updated product literature and scientific dossiers 🎓 Experience & Qualifications • BAMS / MBBS / MD (Ayurveda or General Medicine preferred) • 4–8 years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Services, or Product Training roles in Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or Ayurvedic sectors • Experience with KOL engagement, CMEs, and scientific content development 💡 Key Skills & Competencies 🧠 Scientific Communication: Create and review promotional and technical content 📈 Product Positioning: Translate clinical evidence into field-relevant messaging 🎤 Training Delivery: Facilitate impactful onboarding and skill refreshers 🤝 KOL Engagement: Build trust and influence with senior doctors ⚖️ Medical Compliance: Ensure all communication is ethical and accurate 📊 Success Metrics / KPIs • Quality and adoption of training programs • Frequency and outcomes of KOL/CME initiatives • Field team confidence in product messaging • Accuracy and compliance of all content • Feedback from franchisees and medical partners
