Collaborate with PMC, clients, engineers, and technicians to develop AV solutions tailored to business needs. knowledge to work as per project drawings like Aerial view drawings, elevation drawings, and ceiling reflated plans. Knowledge and hands-on experience in Audio systems, Video switching systems, and Video conferencing configuration and connectivity Knowledge of hardware brands like -Kramer Crestron, Extron, LG, Samsung, Panasonic, HP Poly, cisco, Logitech, Sony, Neat, Dten, Google Meet, Microsoft Team, and Zoom. Led end-to-end AV projects, including system design, installation, and maintenance for corporate, education, and entertainment sectors. Supervised on-site installations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and technical standards. Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize project costs. Provided AV setup, testing, and troubleshooting for corporate events and conferences. Conducted training sessions for end-users on AV systems and best practices. Maintained and repaired AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Experience Experienced as a team lead role/service management of at least 5 years in NCR preferably in audio-visual helpdesk coordination Qualification- 3 Years Diploma/any bachelor's degree BE/Btech) preferred : Electronics/Electrical/ Electronics& telecommunication/computer science background Certifications: Certified by AVIXA or OEMs like Crestron/Cisco-VC/Switching/Wireless LAN/LG/Samsung/Poly Communication - English, Hindi/native Gender: Male Position Location -Noida Workday : 6d working, 9.30am-6.30pm (Mon-Sat) Travel requirement: As needed basis, must have own conveyance (bike/car) Budget : 6-10LPA CTC Software skills required : Strong Excel skills (charts, filter, sort, vlookup, etc), knowledge of CRM tools (Jira, etc) Key Skills: - Lead a team of 5-10 field and resident customer service engineers, service coordinators on a Pan India basis - NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune etc. Will be responsible to achieve highest customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and customer expectations. He will also plan spares and standby equipment inventory, monitor spares consumption, meet customers for service feedbacks, connect with Brands/OEMs for technical support and RMAs (Return Merchandize authorization) during and outside warranties. He shall also be responsible for site surveys, BOQs (Bill of Quantity) for existing customers expansion needs and travel across locations on need basis. Will achieve timely customer AMC contracts renewals/signing up for AMCs post warranty. He may be required to render adequate technical assistance for break-fix calls/upgrades of software etc. Will report to VP Business/CEO Must have serviced enterprise/MNC customers with rooms exceeding 100+ and handled VC solutions and Cafeteria/Townhalls AV Must have basic programming (C++) skills

Role & responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end delivery of Audio Visual (AV) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they meet quality standards, stay within budget, and are completed on time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AV projects from initiation to delivery. 2. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure clear communication of project requirements, progress, and changes to all stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction. 3. Team Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the work of AV installation teams, engineers, and technicians. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Provide technical guidance and resolve any team challenges during execution. 4. Risk & Quality Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular project reviews and implement improvements where necessary. 5. Technical Oversight: Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and trends. Provide technical input for equipment selection, system design, and integration. Oversee the installation, configuration, and testing of AV systems. 6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, timelines, budgets, and change orders. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to clients and senior management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project lead in the AV or technology integration industry. Strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with AV industry standards such as AVIXA, Crestron, and Dante certifications (preferred). Bachelors degree in engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred). Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to client locations as required. AVIXA CTS , PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Develop project plans, delivery schedules, and budgets in alignment with client expectations and company standards. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Knowledge of Zoho Projects/Microsoft Projects would be added advantange Technical Design and Engineering: Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather technical requirements and constraints. Design AV and IT infrastructure solutions based on client specifications, industry standards, and best practices. Manage the technical team and prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for system implementation. Installation and Integration: Installation and configuration of AV and IT equipment, including audiovisual systems, network infrastructure, and control systems. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations during the installation process. Integrate hardware and software components to deliver seamless functionality and performance. Knowledge of AV programming would be added advantage. Testing and Commissioning: Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to verify functionality, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with clients to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off on project deliverables along with handing over documents. Provide training and support to end-users on system operation and maintenance. Project Management and Documentation: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a project engineer or similar role, preferably in the AV and IT infrastructure industry. Proficiency in AV systems design, networking principles, and IT infrastructure technologies. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to AV and IT infrastructure (e.g., AVIXA, BICSI) is a plus. Knowledge of Programming would be an added advantage.
