Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Company Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Understand client requirements in IT services (Web/App Development, Digital Transformation, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) and present tailored solutions. Conduct product/service demos and pitch presentations to potential clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, quotations, SOWs, and project documentation. Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and follow up consistently to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities. Represent the company in client meetings, events, and online interactions professionally. Achieve revenue goals and contribute directly to business expansion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Business Development/Sales in IT, SaaS, Software, or Digital Services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and business models. Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage end-to-end sales cycles. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools, lead-gen tools, and sales automation platforms. Additional Advantages: Experience in B2B IT selling (Global or Domestic). Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Cloud, DevOps, or App Development domain. Networking ability and strong LinkedIn presence. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
