Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Operations Manager located in Pune. The Project Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The role includes coordinating with clients, managing project resources, monitoring progress, risk management, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The manager will also be responsible for resolving any operational issues and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance. Qualifications Project Management and Operations Management skills Technical expertise in Energy Solutions and Electrical Systems Experience in Risk Management and Quality Assurance Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage teams effectively Problem-solving and Decision-making skills Experience in the energy sector or related industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
