The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounting records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis and support to the management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting and Bookkeeping: - Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. 2. Reconciliation: - Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis. - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. 3. Cash Flow Management: - Manage and monitor cash flow, including forecasting and reporting. - Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices. - Optimize cash management processes to minimize idle funds and maximize returns. 4. Financial Reporting: - Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement. - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. 5. Compliance and Audit: - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors. - Implement audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. 6. Tax Compliance (TDS): - Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on various payments. - Prepare and file TDS returns, issue TDS certificates, and comply with related regulatory requirements. 7. Financial Planning and Analysis: - Support management in budgeting and forecasting. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. 8.
