You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics, or a related field. Along with that, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is required. It is essential to be proficient in avionics systems, electrical design, and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Altium, or similar software. A strong understanding of EMI/EMC standards, wire harness design, and power distribution is necessary for this role. Experience with RTCA/DO-160 and related environmental testing processes will be beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued in this position.
