The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Financial Services team: Director, International Finance & Accounting This is a highly visible and high impact leadership role reporting to the Vice President, ES Financial Services (FS). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Accounts Payable teams in India and other FS global hubs in partnership with the Business Solutions leadership team. Additionally, this role will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance and Digital Technology, along with external stakeholders to address any concerns and issues in a timely manner. What You Will Do: Oversight of RTX International Financial Services including: Record to Report - journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations including intercompany, and period end close Order to Cash - issuance of customer invoices, cash collection, and cash application Accounts Payable including processing, disbursements, and customer support Execution and support of international FS long-term strategy and operational direction Responsible for leading a large team of financial professionals including management Ability to influence others to harmonize practices and policies Develop, implement, and maintain accurate system, procedure, and policy documentation Monitor the health of the organization through creation and monitoring of reports, analytics and key performance indicators Develop and maintain strong controls to ensure the accuracy of financial statements Responsible for the performance of the team, including development, training, and career growth Support audit and control discussions as a subject matter expert, and answer audit requests accurately and on time.
