You should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics, or a related field. Along with that, a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is required. It is essential to be proficient in avionics systems, electrical design, and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Altium, or similar software. A strong understanding of EMI/EMC standards, wire harness design, and power distribution is necessary for this role. Experience with RTCA/DO-160 and related environmental testing processes will be beneficial. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued in this position. Candidates should have experience working with aerospace industry standards and codes. Additionally, a good knowledge of aerospace standards such as DO160, DO178, DO254, ARP4761, and ARP4754 is required. Knowledge of hardware and software integration and testing, as well as LRU and component level testing and troubleshooting, is essential. Familiarity with Component Engineering Activities including datasheet, HW component data collection, Avionics Hardware, and Automated Test Equipment testing is also beneficial for this role.,
