The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, and ensuring the kitchen meets safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications Culinary skills in food preparation and cooking Menu planning and recipe creation skills Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
