The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving business growth targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard potential business clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors for solar-based structures. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations showcasing benefits, ROI, and applications of solar-based structures. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback to management. Qualifications & Skills Education: BBA / MBA / Mechanical Engineering / or relevant field. Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (preferred: renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability in lead generation, deal closure, and client relationship management. Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
