Bachelor'sMaster'sRole & responsibilities Project Leadership Lead the end-to-end execution of market research and feasibility studies. Define project scopes, design robust research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, or hybrid), and ensure excellence in delivery. Manage multiple assignments, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Research & Analysis Conduct both secondary and primary research (surveys, interviews, focus groups, expert consultations). Perform market sizing, segmentation, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis. Apply advanced analytical tools and frameworks (Porters Five Forces, PESTEL, SWOT, financial modeling). Client Engagement Serve as the primary liaison for clients, translating business challenges into research-driven solutions. Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations through compelling reports and presentations. Contribute to business development by preparing proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches. Team Development Mentor and guide junior researchers and analysts to strengthen in-house market research capabilities. Foster innovation, accuracy, and best practices within the team. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of proven experience in market research, consulting, or business intelligence (MENA experience preferred). Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau preferred). Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
