Job Description

You are a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration, OSIsoft PI Historian, and AVEVA PI Historian. In this role, you will work in a hybrid model during day shifts with no travel required. Experience in Data Models is a plus. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems. You will implement and manage OSIsoft PI Historian and AVEVA PI Historian to optimize data storage and retrieval. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and deploy robust data integration frameworks and provide technical expertise in MES and Historian systems to support ongoing operations and projects. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MES and Historian integrations will be essential to ensure system reliability. Additionally, you will conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance, while also developing and maintaining documentation for all integration processes and system configurations. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in all integration activities is a key aspect of the role, as is participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies will be crucial to continuously improving system integrations. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be another important responsibility. Providing training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of MES and Historian systems, as well as contributing to the development of data models to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities, will also be part of your duties. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in MES L4/L3 & L2 Integration is a must. - Hands-on experience with OSIsoft PI Historian and AVEVA PI Historian is required. - Experience in Data Models is a nice-to-have. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. - Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. - Ability to provide technical support and training to end-users. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
