Job title: Sr. Piping Engineer Experience required: 9+ years Qualification required: B.E. / B. Tech- Mechanical Must have skills: Piping Stress analysis, Piping Design, Piping Stress Engineering, AVEVA E3D, Piping Layout, ASME Codes, Piping materials, US Client Handling exposure, PMS, Branch Table Main Responsibilities: Responsible to plan, supervise and control Piping Engineering work activities throughout all project phases beginning from Concept, Basic, FEED and detail engineering Design to commissioning until handover of surface facilities to Operations. Develop piping layouts, isometrics, and general arrangements based on project requirements and specifications. Ensure compliance with Piping materials, Codes, and standards in all design activities. Preparation of PMS (Piping Material Specification), VMS (Valve Material Specification), Branch Table Prepare and review Piping datasheets, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct piping stress analysis and hydraulic calculations as per industry standards. Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to integrate piping designs into overall plant design. Review and approve vendor drawings and documents related to piping components. Prepare and maintain Statutory approval drawings/documentation for piping systems. Utilize 3D tools such as AVEVA E3D (Mandatory) , SP3D, Autodesk Plant-3D and AutoCAD for 3D modelling and design work. Ensure Clash free model by performing clash checks and generate 3D model clash report in AVEVA E3D Clash Manager. Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination activities with stakeholders. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of all piping design activities. Support development and improvements of department standard work procedures and workflows. Must be flexible to travel US or Europe on project basis. Require Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 9 years relevant working experience in industry of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Energy & Power industry. B1/B2 H1 Visa Preferred. Hands on experience on all major activities related to Piping Design, Piping stress engineering. Working knowledge of 3D software AVEVA E3D, E3D Clash Manager (Mandatory), SP3D, Plant- 3D, Navisworks etc. and Piping Stress analysis. Experience in AVEVA E3D administration will be added advantage. Proficiency in Piping materials, Codes, and standards relevant to the industry including ASME Codes like B31.1, B31.2, B31.3 etc. Work Experience in Handling US Project will be added Advantage. Should be work independently in a self-driven manner with professional approach. Possess strong analytical skill and effectively communicate technical data. Ability to interact effectively in multidisciplinary team environment, especially in multinational environment. Fluency in both spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player. Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude. Responsible for global project execution using Aveva E3D/PDMS software with sound knowledge on tool administration activity like new project set up, Catalogue/Specification, Database, IFC, PML programming skill etc. Responsibility also includes 3D model management and its exchange (intelligent) with internal and external partners like supplier, consortium partners, customer where partners may use same software for 3D model or a different software (Tekla, Inventor, Revit, Open plant etc.) to support project execution. Additional programming skill like C#, .Net, Python would be an advantage

Experience in electrical requirement in FPSO topside modules / Offshore installations Manage and Configure AVEVA E3D software Should have experience of latest version of AVEVA E3D modelling software E3D admin knowledge (creating / modifying catalogue of Electrical facilities) Monitor software performance and resolve technical issues. Understanding of Electrical Engineering principles Assist Electrical Design teams with the setup, configuration and use of Electrical tools Develop and enforce project specification standards, templates and work flows Collaborate with other disciplines (Piping / structure / Instrumentation etc.) to ensure project consistency. Ensure accurate 3D modelling of Electrical system such as cable trays with support, lighting, cables, Electrical equipments, Customisation of MDS support etc. Extraction of 2D drawings from 3D model in final deliverable format Provide Training on E3D functionality and workflow Familiar with MTO and weight reports extraction from model.
