Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and executing the Azure Virtual Desktop operations as per the specified parameters. This will involve deploying new AVD environments for upcoming projects, conducting demo sessions for better understanding, and implementing AVD personal and pooled infrastructure. Additionally, you will work on AVD Workspace environments, Azure short paths, managing hosting plans for Azure infrastructure, and designing Network Security Groups (NSGs) for controlling inbound and outbound access. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy new AVD environments and conduct demo sessions for new projects - Implement AVD personal and pooled infrastructure - Work on AVD Workspace environments, Azure short paths, and manage hosting plans for Azure infrastructure - Design Network Security Groups (NSGs) to control network interfaces and subnets - Manage and create Storage Account and Affinity Group in Azure Portal for FSLogix profiles - Handle escalated support tickets for Azure Virtual Desktop and provide solutions within SLA - Design lab sessions for team members to reproduce critical issues - Coordinate with Microsoft support team for unknown AVD behaviors - Maintain AVD monitoring and decommission processes - Maintain issue tracker and resource details for future reference Qualifications Required: - Experience in deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments - Proficiency in Azure infrastructure management, including hosting plans and virtual machines - Knowledge of Network Security Groups (NSGs) and Storage Account management in Azure - Ability to handle escalated support tickets and provide timely solutions - Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and Microsoft support - Experience in designing lab sessions and reproducing critical issues for team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements in a dynamic environment Please note that this job offers on-site working and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.,
