Job Description

Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and solutions. Additionally, you will lead small projects, conduct demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates in alignment with customer budgetary requirements and organizational guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Own parts of the proposal document and provide inputs in solution design - Plan and configure products based on the design - Conduct conference room pilots and assist in query resolution - Perform solution/product demonstrations and POC/Proof of Technology workshops - Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements - Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients - Maintain knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends - Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities - Understand financial processes for projects and pricing models - Identify improvement areas in processes and suggest technology solutions - Possess industry domain knowledge - Demonstrate client interfacing skills - Manage projects and teams effectively Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge of Cloud Platform, specifically Windows Azure - Proficiency in Server-Virtualization, particularly Citrix XenServer - Ability to assess and innovate technology solutions for clients - Strong project and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not present in the provided job description.),
