Job Description

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would involve delving into customer issues, identifying problem areas, devising creative solutions, and overseeing their implementation to ensure client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of proposals, offer insights into solution design based on your expertise, and participate in the configuration and testing of products. Your responsibilities will also include conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and providing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary constraints and organizational guidelines. Moreover, you will be expected to lead small projects, partake in unit-level and organizational initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Your ability to craft value-creating strategies, stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, apply logical thinking to problem-solving, and collaborate effectively will be crucial in this role. Additionally, having a sound understanding of software configuration management systems, financial processes for project management, pricing models, and domain knowledge will be beneficial. Client interaction, project management, and team leadership skills are key components of this position.
