About Kalawati Greens Kalawati Greens is a premium resort located in Akbarpur, known for its elegant hospitality, lush surroundings, and memorable event experiences. As we expand our brand footprint, we’re seeking a passionate Marketing Associate to join our Lucknow office. This role offers hands-on experience in resort marketing, event promotions, and brand building. Key Responsibilities ✅ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote resort services, weddings, and corporate events. ✅ Manage and grow Kalawati Greens’ social media presence across all platforms. ✅ Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content teams for promotional creatives. ✅ Assist in lead generation and client follow-ups for bookings and events. ✅ Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. ✅ Support the creation of marketing materials and proposals. ✅ Track campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports. Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing. ✅ Familiarity with Canva, Excel, and social media scheduling tools is a plus. ✅ Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
