Troubleshoot and resolve all hardware and basic software issues of Advance Traffic Management system. Install software, drivers, and OS for modules in Advance Traffic Management systems. Install, configure, and test hardware at equipment location and control room of ATMS project. Perform system maintenance-hardware and software under prescribed SOPs. Test software applications and perform quality assurance tasks. Enhance existing system by analyzing the system and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project success.
