Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information and personalized assistance, and drive sales to meet and exceed sales targets. Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, new offerings, and seasonal promotions to effectively advise customers. Store Presentation: Arrange and maintain product displays, ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers. Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and managing product levels to ensure availability. Sales Skills: The ability to understand customer needs, persuade, and drive sales to achieve goals. Work towards achieving monthly sales targets. Flexibility: The ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying work schedules. Operational Skills: Basic proficiency with MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
