Job Requirements: Ability to read and understand basic English (for work instructions, labels, and safety guidelines). Basic knowledge of handling t-shirts, fabric, or similar products. Willingness to learn t-shirt printing processes (screen printing, heat transfer, DTF, etc.). Ability to work on machines and follow standard operating procedures. Attention to detail to ensure print quality and accuracy. Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift light to medium weight boxes. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work overtime if needed. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain t-shirt printing machines. Follow instructions for design placement, color, and printing quality. Inspect finished products for quality and report defects. Keep the work area clean and organized. Pack and prepare orders as required. Education: Minimum: Able to read and write basic English.
