We will get you certified in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Development, and ServiceNow Implementation. This position involves about 60% development using Javascript, Angular JS , JAVA, however, you will constantly be surrounded by problems that need to be solved and by processes that need to be aligned. REQUIREMENTS What you need for this position: 1) Need to know and understand programming, looking for JavaScript and Java development experience. 2) General understanding of databases (MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres) A part of your job will consist of working with DBAs and you need to be able to understand what they are talking about. 3) General understanding of Networking – you will be working with Network Engineers 4) Communication skills, a strong drive, and a good personality are all absolute musts! 5) Looking for someone who is outgoing and feels comfortable in a room full of executives. Also, if you can guide a room full of people, you will fit in with our team very well. 6) Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM is a strong plus! Onboarding Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, manage employee exit processes, and ensure a seamless experience for employees entering or leaving the company. Payroll Processing: payroll preparation from colecting input and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries. Compliance: Ensure the company s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations and Making PF ESIC Challan. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing support and guidance on HR policies.
