We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience generating business through online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc. You must be a fast executor with excellent communication skills and a keen ability to identify opportunities, write compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. _______ Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others. Identify suitable projects and write customized, persuasive proposals. Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate bidding strategies. Estimate and propose competitive pricing based on project scope and requirements. Submit timely and accurate bids, ensuring compliance with budget and deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Explore and develop new sales opportunities aligned with business goals. Convert short-term freelance projects into long-term engagements. Monitor and analyze industry and marketing trends to refine bidding strategies. _______ Requirements: Strong command of freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) Proven skills in proposal writing and business communication. Knowledge of the business development process and sales strategies. Ability to analyze client needs and draft tailored business proposals. Demonstrated ability to work independently with fast execution and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Must be hardworking, self-motivated, creative, and efficient in approach. ________ Preferred Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in Business Development Executive or CRM.
