Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in New Delhi and Gurgaon. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and enhancing the customer experience. Daily tasks include assisting clients with inquiries, managing bookings for office spaces and meeting rooms, coordinating with the internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role is a plus of 1-2years, Freshers can also apply for Trainee position. Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Hospitality, Diploma in Aviation or a related field is preferred Salary Range 18 - 24k in hand
