As an Automation Avaloq professional at one of our prestigious clients, you will be responsible for test automation with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. You should have at least 2 years of experience in the Test Master tool and Avaloq tool each. Your extensive expertise in Test Master automation techniques such as DDIC, GUI, and Webservices scripting is essential for this role. Additionally, you must be proficient in writing SQL queries and PL-SQL scripting. Your duties will include writing custom DDIC scripts using Avaloq scripting/PL-SQL scripting in Test Master. It is crucial to have in-depth knowledge of Avaloq data dictionaries, object models, orders, layers, workflow, and tables/views/relations. Knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript languages and web automation tools like Protractor, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright would be advantageous. Avaloq Developer Experience: 3 to 8 years Location: Hybrid Mumbai location Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Avaloq solutions related to the Broking domain, including order management, execution, clearing & settlement, and trading workflows. Customize Avaloq core banking suite to support brokerage products, compliance, and risk management processes. Integrate Avaloq with external broking and market platforms using Avaloq's interface architecture. Develop scripts and parameterizations for securities handling, trade lifecycle events, and reporting. Coordinate with product owners, BA, testers, and downstream systems to manage delivery across trading workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID, FATCA) relevant to broking operations. Required Skills: 38 years in software development, with at least 2+ years in Avaloq customization. Strong knowledge of broking/trading processes, especially within a private or investment banking environment. Hands-on experience with: o Avaloq scripting o Avaloq parameterisation o PL/SQL, Oracle o Avaloq interface development Familiarity with order management systems, trade matching, and settlement cycles.
