As an Avaloq Developer with over 10 years of experience, you will join the core banking technology team in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will involve the design, development, and maintenance of critical Avaloq solutions. This role demands a profound understanding of technical aspects, expertise in the financial domain, and collaboration with both business and technology units. You will be tasked with various responsibilities including analyzing, designing, and implementing Avaloq Core Banking solutions and customizations. Additionally, you will develop and manage Avaloq parameterizations such as static data, workflows, and interfaces. Integration of Avaloq with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging queues will also be a significant part of your role. Collaboration with business analysts, QA, and operations teams is essential for seamless project delivery. You will actively participate in performance optimization, bug resolution, and production support. Emphasis will be placed on promoting technical excellence, ensuring code quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will play a key role in mentoring junior team members and enforcing best development practices.
