Job Description We are seeking a talented and motivated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Avalon's solar simulator systems. The simulators are installed both in production lines of solar module manufacturers as well as in leading research laboratories. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and system performance in the field. Your Profile You are an engineer with strong expertise in electromechanical systems and field integration. You excel at ensuring that complex equipment operates seamlessly alongside other production or laboratory systems, while delivering clear communication and reliable customer support. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in India, with occasional international travel. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and providing technical support, maintaining and repairing solar simulators, and conducting field service visits. The role also involves effective communication with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
