We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Architect to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our organization. The AWS Architect will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on the AWS platform. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design : Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions on AWS, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Service Management : Configure, monitor, and manage AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch, ensuring seamless and reliable operations. Automation & IaC : Automate infrastructure provisioning using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform, ensuring smooth deployments and minimal operational overhead. Cloud Migration Leadership : Lead migration efforts to AWS, planning and executing smooth transitions from on-premises or hybrid environments to the cloud. Security & Compliance : Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) using AWS IAM, KMS, and other security services. Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Documentation & Best Practices : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on AWS architectures, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency across teams. Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with development teams to design cloud-native applications and provide guidance on AWS-related matters. Mentor junior architects and team members. Innovation & Learning : Stay up-to-date with new AWS features and industry trends, recommending and implementing new technologies to improve solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Overall 8 to 10 years of experience in Java/Python. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a cloud architecture role, with a strong focus on AWS. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is mandatory. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex AWS solutions. Expertise in networking, security, and system administration concepts. Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, Java or similar languages. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
