As a MERN Team Lead with 7-12 years of experience, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of developers to support cloud-based live-in-production node-based applications. - Designing, developing, and testing new features on the application, taking them live, and providing support. - Working with small teams to mentor and guide them towards Best Practices. - Following Best Practices like Test Driven Design, Unit Testing, Code Readability, Extensibility, DevOps CI/CD, etc. - Developing and maintaining scalable and high-performance back-end services. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues. The key skills required for this role are: - At least 7 years of Software Development Experience with expert knowledge of MERN Stack. - Experience in leading a team of developers and delivering under intense deadlines. - Expert Knowledge of API Design and Development. - Good Knowledge of Server Side Technologies and Databases. - Hands-on Experience in Containerization and Container Orchestration. - Familiarity with Mobile Application development lifecycle is a plus.,
