NP- Immediate to 30 Days - No bench candidate Base Location :Bengaluru/ Kochi- Remote Job Description for Oracle Cloud Admin Key Responsibilities: Provide support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, and Databases. Perform routine OCI administration tasks such as user management, backup & restore operations, patching, and system updates. Provide administration support for Oracle Cloud Tech-Stack involving - OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), ATP (Autonomous Databases), and Oracle SaaS Fusion application configuration & user/role management. Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of OCI resources - OIC Integrations, SaaS configurations, VBCS/OPA deployments etc. Monitor system performance, proactively identify and resolve issues. Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management as per SLAs. Collaborate with other support teams for complex escalations and problem resolution. Maintain proper documentation for all processes and troubleshooting steps. Follow change management and ITSM processes. Ensure adherence to security policies and compliance requirements. ________________________________________ Required Skills: 810 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration. Strong understanding of OCI Core Services Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity & Access Management (IAM). Experience with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices. Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python) is a plus. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills. ________________________________________ Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. OCI Certifications (minimum - Architect Associate) are highly desirable.
