We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our automotive, agricultural, and special components to OEMs and tier suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage both domestic and overseas marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products across the automotive, agricultural, and special components sectors. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, new segments, and unmet customer needs. Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including RFQ qualification and lead nurturing. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and tier suppliers; coordinate product specifications, negotiate pricing/terms, and resolve technical or service issues. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics. Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and trade shows. Monitor and manage the companys online reputation and customer feedback. Establish and manage overseas sales and marketing initiatives. Oversee and enhance the companys online presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic B2B marketing initiatives. Experience in the light engineering industry or Tier 1/Tier 2 Auto OEMs (preferred).
