The ideal candidate will have deep experience in sales of turnkey automation projects/capital equipment/automation sales within the automotive & general industry, excellent commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of automotive and industrial engineering systems. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new business in the automotive and industrial automation sectors. Manage key accounts, build customer relationships, and ensure repeat business. Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. Develop and execute marketing plans, attend industry events, and track competitor activity. Coordinate with internal teams (design, manufacturing, project management) for proposal support. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or related field; MBA preferred. 1112 years of experience in B2B technical sales. Exposure to automotive automation, BIW tooling, robotic solutions, or design services is essential. Candidate should also have very good high-level contacts within the automotive industry Experience working with international clients or projects is an added advantage. Capable of converting technical features into customer benefits. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Should have experience in preparing techno-commercial bids/tenders for Indian government organizations
