Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Motivation:Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Sales Strategy & Planning:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and improve lead conversion.
• Performance Management:Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Training & Development:Conducting training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
• Customer Relationship Management:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales Process Oversight:Overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and service, to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis:Tracking key sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and providing feedback to management.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
