Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing detailed information about available vehicles. They will assist with test drives, negotiate prices, and manage the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional duties include maintaining product knowledge, handling administrative tasks related to sales, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of automobile products and market trends Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in the automotive sales industry is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
