Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production planning and control for galvanizing and cold rolling units
• Develop and execute monthly and yearly production plans aligned with organizational goals
• Optimize use of raw materials, manpower, and machinery
• Monitor production flows, address bottlenecks, and maintain timely delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Purchase departments
• Handle SAP/ERP-based planning, tracking, and reporting
• Implement initiatives to improve productivity and control costs

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PPC in steel, galvanizing, or automobile sector
• Strong working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven experience managing fast-paced, high-volume operations
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
